1. Using our Customization Tool:

On the top right corner of our website, under the “Customization” button (here), you’ll find all the items available for customization without any minimum quantity. You can upload your logo or artwork, select from our pre-defined designs, add text, and choose from various fonts.

2. For items not available in the Customization Tool:

Every product page includes a button that redirects you to a quote request form. In this form, you’ll provide details about your project. Once we receive your submission, one of our team members will get back to you within 1 business day.

Wordans.nl is an online-based shop, so we do not have any physical storefronts. We ship everything directly from our warehouses right to your door for your own convenience. Once your order is shipped: you will receive a tracking number which you can use to follow your items all the way at our carriers website. We work with the best carriers to provide you with the most efficient, fastest shipping service. Even though we (and our couriers) always intend to deliver parcels as soon as possible and in time, parcels might arrive later than expected due to any given circumstance. Whenever a parcel is 1-3 business days later than indicated we are not responsible for this delay, therefore no refunds can be issued for this kind of delay.
